On this walk, lead by Head chef/owner Mark Jennings of Pilgrims Restaurant, discover the abundance of edible plants, flowers, seaweed and tidal greens that can be found and gathered from the land and along the sea shore in the Rosscarbery area – items that have featured on the menu at the Pilgrim's throughout the summer will be talked about. Back at Pilgrim's over coffee, share ideas on what can be made from the bounty growing wild and naturally around us. Dogs (on leads) are welcome. Numbers are very limited – please book early.
